Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will my products arrive?

Our products are either printed locally in St Louis and shipped, or they are printed from our partners and shipped directly to you. Either way, you should expect your items in 5-8 days, unless otherwise noted. 

Do your items run true to size?

Yes, all items run true to size. Both our kids and adult sweatshirts are meant have a loose, oversized fit but we recommend ordering your regular size. Hats are one size fits all and can be adjusted with a velcro strap.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All items are vegan and produced as environmentally-friendly as possible. Our sweatshirts use OEKO-TEX® certified low-impact dyes and are made through the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, a voluntary sustainability program and traceability platform for U.S. cotton.

Can I exchange an item? 

Products that are printed and shipped from in-house (Plant-Based Kids Club tshirt and onsies, Cool Moms Eat Plants t-shirt, Plant-Based Junior crewneck sweatshirts and our Plant-Based Mama crewneck sweatshirts) are able to be returned or exchanged, minus shipping fees back to us. All other products are custom and printed by a third-party and therefore unable to be returned or exchanged.
